DST Market Services, LLC (we or DST Market Services) and your broker-dealer have entered into an agreement in which DST Market Services provides clearing, settlement and other related services for your brokerage account. Protecting and safeguarding the confidentiality of your nonpublic personal information is of the highest importance to us and your broker-dealer.

Online Privacy Statement: This Online Privacy Statement applies to the personal information that we collect from or about you via the DST Market Services website or any other website that we make available to you. The website may contain links to other websites, and this Online Privacy Statement does not apply to those websites. If you navigate to any other website via the links, we recommend that you review their posted privacy policies. Additionally, the following policies and practices apply when you are online.

How we protect your personal information: To protect your nonpublic personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law.   • Activity in your account;
  • Information from consumer reporting agencies, including credit reporting companies, to assess your creditworthiness for margin products;
  • Information from other third-party data services to verify your identity;
  • Other sources, with your consent or with the consent of your broker-dealer (including, from other institutions if you transfer accounts and positions into or out of DST Market Services).

How and Why We Share Information: DST Market Services may share nonpublic personal information:

  • For our everyday business purposes such as to process your transactions, maintain your account(s), respond to court orders and legal investigations or to report to credit bureaus;
  • For our marketing purposes to offer our products and services to you; and
  • For our affiliates everyday business purposes about your transactions and experiences.
  • Our service providers and affiliates are obligated to keep the nonpublic personal information we share with them confidential and use it only to provide services specified by DST Market Services.

We do not share nonpublic personal information with our affiliates or non-affiliates to market to you.

Accessing your Information: You may access and, if necessary, correct your account information through a variety of media offered by your broker-dealer and DST Market Services (example; trade confirmations, account statements or online services). Please contact your broker-dealer if you require any additional information on how to access and update any of your information.

DST Market Services is required to communicate its position as it pertains to the privacy of customer information. You are not required to contact your broker-dealer to benefit from these protections as they apply automatically to all customers who are individuals. We review our privacy policy annually. Our printed and online notices are then updated to reflect any changes.
