SalesConnect provides fund companies and real estate investment trust (REIT) sponsors with an end-to-end solution for tracking and servicing financial advisors across their transfer agent and sales organizations. More than 50 asset managers rely on our data scrubbing service to provide daily profile updates and reconcile trades and asset positions from multiple recordkeeping sources including TA2000 and subaccounting platforms.

The data scrubbing service can be delivered through a DST-hosted Web application featuring client relationship management (CRM) and reporting capabilities or as daily data files that are integrated with the client’s downstream sales systems.

TA2000 Integration – Other data scrubbing services only offer a partial solution since they are not integrated with TA2000. We strongly believe in end-to-end data quality which means starting at the source.  If shareholder accounts are established on TA2000 without being scrubbed, then you will continually be fighting trades with invalid branch or rep codes in your sales system and may have unreconciled reporting differences with TA2000.  Accounts with invalid branch or rep codes can also have negative impacts to dealer mailings, commission runs, and advisor access to the DST Vision Web site.

Client Base – We currently perform nightly trade scrubbing for more than 50 asset managers including many top tier fund families. Winchester Data Center – As a DST® hosted solution, there is no hardware or software to buy and you don’t have to worry about database administration, file loads, upgrades, or testing.  The SalesConnect application is hosted by the Winchester Data Center, the same data center that houses your TA2000 shareholder accounts. Therefore, you can have the same level of confidence in Winchester’s robust capabilities for security, recovery, and scalability.
