TA2000 Desktop

To make sure that DST serves its clients seamlessly, our call center and shareholder accounting personnel must be equipped with state-of-the-art technology that integrates all functions easily, quickly and reliably.

TA2000 Desktop™ is DST’s third-generation, ergonomically-designed graphical user interface that enhances telephone-based communication. It integrates with our work management system (AWD®) as well as our voice-record and playback software (AWD/Voice®)

TA2000 Desktop also contains scripted information that mutual fund companies can choose to have communicated to their callers, such as new fund, market or performance information. It has simplified call center operations, and most inquiry calls can be completed in a single desktop view.
