Info Disc^SM, a CD retrieval solution, allows customer service representatives (CSR) to quickly and easily access accurate images of printed customer documents. With InfoˇDisc, CSRs can retrieve and view online electronic images of documents as they appear on the printed copy customers receive, including logos, personalized pie charts, and custom graphics.

Our state-of-the-art software makes searching for and retrieving information quick and efficient. As a data management tool, InfoˇDisc also provides the flexibility to translate customer information to spreadsheets and reports from indexed data. InfoˇDisc can index up to 255 data fields, and use up to five criteria at a time for each search. InfoˇDisc puts electronic images of customer documents at the fingertips of CSRs by the time the printed documents arrive in the customer's mailbox.
