FTP Commission Data Delivery System

Providing commission and 12b-1 data to broker/dealers once required the generation of magnetic media (tapes, cartridges or diskettes) that had to be mailed to the back office, delaying information critical to the sales force.

DST developed the FTP (File Transfer Protocol) Commission Data Delivery System to provide an automated file delivery system for commission and 12b-1 data. The system is accessible around the clock, providing financial intermediaries access to information whenever they need it.

With the FTP Commission Data Delivery System, delivery of commission data is instantaneous. The data is immediately accessible by the back office after the management company processes the commission calculation, and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
