FAN Web™ (Financial Access Network) was developed to provide Internet and mobile Internet access to shareholder account information. Real-time Internet access is provided through a seamless interface from a fund company's Web or wireless site.

Access to account information includes inquiry, maintenance, financial transactions, new account set up, third-party information such as Quicken's Turbo Tax®, and electronic communication such as statements, courtesy emails, and selective messaging. The FAN Web interface allows fund companies the ability to provide self-servicing and customization capabilities for their shareholders.
