Fairway™ is DST's new, state-of-the-art stock transfer platform—the only complete, functionally rich system introduced to the market since the 1980s.

The transition of the stock transfer industry to a certificate-less environment has fueled the need for a fast, efficient system that can support all aspects of the business, including employee stock purchase and stock ownership plans and optional monthly purchase plans. In addition, Fairway is uniquely positioned to help stock transfer agents address new business opportunities such as demutualization and mergers taking place in the insurance industry.

Fairway's open architecture design enables easy incorporation of new technology and additional functionality, so service stays ahead of market demands. Fairway offers Internet access, electronic proxy voting, electronic and printed statements, and laser-printed checks. It is able to capture and hold three to four times the data of other systems, including historical transaction information.

Fairway is the only system on the market designed from scratch to completely integrate with an automated workflow/work management system – DST's Automated Work Distributor™ (AWD®). Integrated workflow enables stock transfer agents to improve processing efficiency and customer service, and eliminate paper flow by automating certain processes and capturing transactions at their source.
