Compass™ provides an innovative Web-based graphical user interface for both DDP/SQL and Intelecable™ users. Compass increases customer service representatives’ (CSRs) efficiencies by providing simplicity and consistency of data display.

Compass was designed using the latest Extensible Markup Language (XML) technology and human factors engineering (a science involving human-computer performance), to increase CSR efficiency and usability. The product is intuitive, easy-to-understand and requires minimal navigation that improves user productivity and eases integration with other systems.

CSRs and other personnel have quick access to customer care and billing information at their fingertips, resulting in reduced costs and increased efficiencies.
