AWD/eMail integrates inbound and outbound electronic mail directly into your AWD® environment, eliminating the manual processes associated with receiving and responding to e-mail. Its multiple mailbox support allows the use of different e-mail addresses for different types of requests. In addition, AWD/eMail:

Stores the originating e-mail address and other data from the message in AWD for later use.
Automatically acknowledges the receipt of inbound e-mail.
