AWD/eMail™ integrates inbound and outbound correspondence e-mail directly into an existing AWD workflow.

AWD/Fax® provides inbound and outbound fax capabilities directly into the AWD workflow.

AWD/ICR® (Intelligent Character Recognition) optimizes the speed and accuracy of processing by capturing machine and hand printed characters from scanned images of paper forms. AWD/ICR can be integrated with the entire AWD product suite and is easily configurable to meet the specific needs of any organization.

AWD/RIP® (Report Import Processor) empowers workflow environments to accept data from business-to-business e-commerce and then group the electronic message traffic to reduce manual data entry and paper report scanning.

AWD/Scan® performs the scan, capture, and archival functions of AWD.
