Combined Offering Manages Complexity of New Medicare Solutions

BIRMINGHAM, Ala., May 9, 2006-DST Health Solutions announced today an agreement with Continuum Performance Systems to resell Continuum's MarketProminence™, a leading software product that helps health plans minimize the complexity of administering government healthcare programs, including Medicare Advantage and Part D products.

Under the agreement, DST Health Solutions will resell MarketProminence and provide business implementation, configuration and support services for the product. DST Health Solutions will interface MarketProminence with the DST core claims administration solution. DST Health Solutions also will offer MarketProminence to health care administration plans that use core claims systems other than those offered by DST Health Solutions.

The combination of MarketProminence with DST’s or other claims administration systems will enable health plans to effectively administer the complex and changing Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements for Medicare Advantage and Part D. Specifically, the solution will facilitate the marketing, sales, enrollment, membership, financial reconciliation, and CMS reporting required to compete in the managed Medicare market.
