Awards recognize outstanding contributions in driving meaningful improvements in data quality for advisors and the broker-dealer industry as well as promoting active collaboration and integration
PENNINGTON, NJ – SEPTEMBER 14, 2017 - BNY Mellon’s Albridge today announced the winners of the 2017 Albridge Data Excellence Awards and five additional client-focused awards. The awards were presented at the 2017 Albridge Forum, which is taking place at The W Hotel in Washington, D.C.
This is the second year Albridge has presented the Data Excellence Awards in recognition of Albridge clients at the forefront of driving meaningful data quality improvements in the broker-dealer industry, and that have made outstanding contributions to the Albridge Data Quality Forum community. Based on the positive reception of the Data Excellence Awards, Albridge also introduced a series of four additional awards recognizing collaboration and active integration efforts.
Several firms were honored with the 2017 Data Excellence Champion Awards for their dedication and commitment to data excellence in our industry. These awards included the below firms and recipients.
An additional 25 financial institutions received 2017 Albridge Data Excellence Awards.
“The Data Excellence Awards set out to recognize the firms who are relentless in striving to provide advisors and investors with the highest data quality standards,” said Greg Borgman, Director of Data Management at Albridge. “Data excellence is the foundation for enabling a high degree of trust to the advisor-investor relationship. We are proud that the Albridge Data Quality Forum has contributed to that relationship in such a positive way.”
The award recipients were selected by a committee of Albridge executives who considered the firms’ contributions to the Data Quality Forum community, their implementation of data quality best practices, and their Albridge data quality benchmark metrics. Albridge also recognized Forum members for their individual efforts in driving meaningful change across the industry, specifically collaborating to improve the client experience.
Beyond these Data Excellence Awards, Albridge also recognized five clients for their efforts in working closely with Albridge for integration, driving adoption, and collaborating on innovation to help advisors and their investors. The recipients were selected by a team of Albridge executive sponsors and awards were presented to recognize:
