DST Systems, the Kansas City, MO based mutual fund record keeping giant, last week threw its hat in the burgeoning wrap account ring by annoucing plans to launch a new software platform for separately managed accounts as early as Nov. 1.

The company announced that it is planning to launch their managed account platform in the fourth quarter of this year.
