Vacation in the first year of employment? That’s right! At DST, new associates are eligible for either one or two weeks of vacation after their first 90 days, depending on when in the year they are hired. Longer-term associates enjoy from three to six weeks, depending on their tenure. Other aspects of our benefit package include: medical, dental, educational assistance and a company-matching 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan.

If you’re just as concerned about accumulating assets as you are vacation days, DST has what you’re looking for. The company’s retirement plan serves as a vehicle for long-term savings for your leisure time enjoyment later in life. We offer an optional plan where you can contribute up to 25% of your earnings to a 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan on a pre-tax basis with the company matching up to 3% on a dollar-for-dollar basis. There is also an Employee Stock Purchase Plan where you can set aside up to 15% of your earnings and purchase DST Stock at a 15% discount.
