Web Site Access - TRAC Web

Through TRAC Web™, DST offers clients the ability to provide participants, plan sponsors, and TPAs convenient self-servicing Internet access to their retirement plan information in a real-time environment. Functions offered through the participant and plan level sites are completely option-driven by each client, providing the flexibility to offer different functionality for each plan they support.

Participant Level Site
Participants can access their plan information through a seamless interface with a client’s Web site to perform inquires, execute maintenance requests, and initiate financial transactions.

Functions such as hypothetical loan modeling and calculation of payoff amounts on existing loans are built into the system to support plans that offer loans. Plan participants can also receive electronic communication and review third-party information such as Morningstar's financial advice, ClearFutureSM.

Plan Level Site
As part of DST's e401(k) offering, plan sponsors and third-party administrators can take advantage of TRAC Web's streamlined administrative processes, which reduce paperwork, and the elimination of manual processing associated with running 401(k) plans.

Not only does TRAC Web provide inquiry, maintenance, reporting, and financial transactions at the plan and participant levels, it also provides the ability to add participants to a group plan or update information for existing participants. The ability to build, edit, and submit payroll rosters for the plan can be completed online.
