Telephony Solution - TRAC/Voice
TRAC/Voice™ is completely integrated with the TRAC™
platform and allows participants to retrieve information and perform transactions
simply by using natural-language speech recognition, or a touchtone telephone.
Plan participants can review accounts and money type balances, outstanding
loan balances, investment elections, vehicle prices and yields, available
withdrawal amounts, request statements, request distribution information,
and change personal identification numbers (PINs). If a plan offers loans,
participants can request a loan, perform hypothetical loan modeling, and
calculate the payoff amount of existing loans. Additionally, participants
can enter exchange transactions, make real-time changes to investment
elections (contribution allocations), and update contribution information.
The TRAC/Voice product offers an enrollment feature geared toward the
initial enrollment of participants in either new or converted plans. TRAC/Voice
also offers ongoing enrollment and contribution update functions geared
toward existing plans.
