Automated Workflow / Work Management - AWD DST’s Automated Work Distributor™ (AWD®) is an integrated electronic workflow management, business process management, and customer management system designed to improve productivity, reduce operating costs, and enhance customer loyalty.

AWD captures images of all participant interactions, stores them in a central information repository, and uses predefined business rules to distribute work to the appropriate processing steps.
