TA2000 Desktop

TA2000 Desktop™ integrates all call center and shareholder accounting functions into an ergonomically-designed interface to improve telephone-based communications. It is DST’s third-generation graphical user interface for TA2000®.

TA2000 Desktop also contains scripted information that mutual fund companies can choose to have communicated to their callers, such as new fund, market, or performance information. It has simplified call center operations, and most inquiry calls can be completed in a single desktop view.

The improvements in clerical productivity are the result of the ergonomically-designed desktop, the simplicity of which results in lower training costs and greater operational efficiency.
