Shared Servicing

We have developed various technologies that streamline, providing for efficient workflows and automated work management. These solutions permit DST to offer what we call Shared Servicing, a flexible servicing environment tailored to each client's specific requirements.

With Shared Servicing, clients are only partially remote to DST; they select which transfer agent components they want to retain in house, and which they want to outsource to DST. For instance, the technology solutions we have developed permit fund companies to handle shareholder phone calls while relying on DST to scan all incoming correspondence into the system. Fund company customer service representatives have instant access to those documents thanks to imaging and automated work management technology.
