Remote Service

DST allows its fund company clients to access our mutual fund shareholder recordkeeping system, TA2000®, from their own sites. Through a dedicated T1 backbone that has advanced rerouting capabilities, remote clients can immediately access shareholder records and other information that they need to serve shareholders and financial intermediaries. A portion of this remote servicing model includes the ability for imaging and remote work management through TA2000's integration with our AWD® products.

We support our remote clients with account teams specializing in the specific business needs of each individual client. The DST associates on these teams comprise associates that have extensive knowledge of TA2000 and the mutual fund industry. These teams provide on-site support and address day-to-day operational issues, provide training for system enhancements and new products, and act as consultants for ongoing developmental assistance.

DST also supports remote clients by working with them on long-term planning, as well as designing custom applications. Our intent and focus is to provide remote clients with the capabilities and information they need to operate efficiently and provide quality customer service, regardless of their location and needs.
