AWD/RIP® (report import processor) empowers the workflow environment to accept data from business-to-business e-commerce, bulk electronic message traffic from proprietary systems and any other electronic report data.

AWD’s self-contained, "straight-through" server, AWD/ST™, enhances both productivity and quality in work processing. It receives requests through various portals, including the Web, e-mail, and EDI, and automatically works through a request or routes it directly to people for exception handling.

In addition, EnCorr® automates the generation of outbound correspondence and can be integrated with line-of-business systems to personalize e-mail to customers.
