TA2000 Desktop

TA2000 Desktop™ is DST's third-generation graphical user interface for TA2000®. It integrates all call center and shareholder accounting functions into an ergonomically-designed interface to enhance telephone-based communications.

We developed this easy-to-use, intuitive call-center desktop to integrate with our work management system (AWD®) and voice-record and playback software (AWD/Voice®). This integration provides our clients a more effective, reliable, and proven method to serve shareholders.

TA2000 Desktop also contains scripted information that fund companies want conveyed to callers (e.g., new fund, market, or performance information). It has simplified call center operations and most inquiry calls can now be completed in a single desktop view. The improvements it provides in clerical productivity are the result of the desktop being ergonomically designed—a user-oriented development approach that means lower training costs and greater operational efficiency.
