AWD/eMail® streamlines correspondence e-mail processing by providing more contact options to customers and enhancing the automated environment.

AWD/eMail integrates inbound and outbound electronic mail directly into your AWD® environment, eliminating the manual processes associated with receiving and responding to high volumes of e-mail. The product’s multiple mailbox support allows the use of different e-mail addresses for different types of requests.

AWD/eMail also stores the originating e-mail address and other data from the message in AWD to use later and automatically acknowledges the receipt of inbound e-mail. In addition, it allows you to notify customers when work has been processed or when additional information is necessary, provides a custom exit point for handling special processing needs on inbound e-mail, and integrates with existing AWD infrastructure and workflows.

To enhance clients' customer relationships, AWD/eMail provides another channel for communication and expands e-business opportunities.
