It receives requests through various portals, including the Web, e-mail, and EDI, and automatically works through a request or routes it straight through to people for exception handling.

AWD/ICR® (Intelligent Character Recognition) optimizes the speed and accuracy of processing by capturing machine- and hand-printed characters from scanned images of paper forms. AWD/ICR can be integrated with the entire AWD product suite and is easily configurable to meet the specific needs of any organization.
