TRAC Voice

TRAC Voice enables participants to retrieve information and perform transactions simply by using natural-language speech recognition or a touchtone telephone. TRAC/Voice functions include:

  • Reviewing accounts and money-type balances, outstanding loan balances, investment elections, vehicle prices and yields, and available withdrawal amounts.
  • Requesting statements and distribution information.
  • Changing personal identification numbers (PINs).
  • Providing loan functions such as new loan requests, hypothetical loan modeling, and payoff calculations.
  • Performing transactions like exchanges, real-time changes to investment elections (contribution allocations), and updates to contribution information.
  • Conducting initial enrollment of participants in either new or converted plans.
  • Ongoing enrollment and contribution update functions geared toward existing plans.
