TRAC
Voice enables participants to retrieve information and perform
transactions simply by using natural-language speech recognition or a
touchtone telephone. TRAC/Voice functions include:
- Reviewing accounts and money-type balances, outstanding loan balances,
investment elections, vehicle prices and yields, and available withdrawal
amounts.
- Requesting statements and distribution information.
- Changing personal identification numbers (PINs).
- Providing loan functions such as new loan requests, hypothetical loan
modeling, and payoff calculations.
- Performing transactions like exchanges, real-time changes to investment
elections (contribution allocations), and updates to contribution information.
- Conducting initial enrollment of participants in either new or converted
plans.
- Ongoing enrollment and contribution update functions geared toward
existing plans.
