Electronic New Account Opening Solution
DST's Direct-to-Fund Account Establishment Process enables broker/dealers and mutual funds to facilitate the electronic establishment of mutual fund accounts. This innovative solution is designed to modernize the new account process by reducing paper-driven applications, improving compliance oversight, reducing postage costs, and expediting new account establishment.
Interactive Voice Response
TA2000/Voice is DST's IVR solution, assisting more than 14 million shareholder,
participant, and financial intermediary calls annually. TA2000/Voice
features Natural Language Speech Recognition, a corresponding touchtone
caller interface, and identity verification using either a Personal Identification
Number (PIN) or voice recognition.
Internet Features
DST's Internet solutions enable shareholders, participants, plan sponsors/TPAs,
and intermediaries to have direct access to account and fund company
information. DST's Financial Access Network (FAN) links people with information
through a HTTPS/SSL secured site.
Mutual Fund Shareholder Access
Shareholders can access FAN from a fund company's Web site, or commercial
investment management and tax preparation software. With FAN, shareholders
can use the Internet to perform transactions, view portfolio balances,
and download prospectuses, electronic statements, and confirmations.
Retirement Plan Access
DST's TRAC Web is a real-time Internet tool to access retirement
plan information. The secure browser provides participants with a full
range of account management functionality. Plan sponsors/TPAs and broker/dealers
also have secure access to participant- and plan-level information for
administrative, inquiry, and maintenance functions.
Financial Intermediary Access
DST's Internet-based intermediary solutions provide a low-cost channel
to access and retrieve TA2000 information. Our solutions are designed to
support a variety of business needs - from back-office personnel, to planners,
to fund company management.
FAN Mail
FAN Mail provides transaction details, account
history, and pricing from TA2000 and other recordkeeping platforms through
a HTTPS/SSL secured browser-based interface. This includes access to
mutual fund, variable annuity, variable universal life, and real estate
investment trust information from more than 180 companies to more than
5,000 destinations, including hundreds of broker/dealer back offices,
service bureaus, and TPAs.
DST Vision
DST Vision integrates real-time information
and interactive tools for financial intermediaries to manage accounts
more efficiently. With a single Vision ID and password, registered
advisors and broker/dealer back-offices have access to customer information
from more than 270 mutual fund and variable annuity companies.
