Home-Office Services focuses exclusively on the needs of the broker/dealer and trust company home office, supporting DST's NSCC interface, as well as Vision HomeOffice.

NSCC Interface
DST mutual fund customers are the single largest user of the Depository Trust and Clearing Corporation's (DTCC) NSCC system.

To support this large volume of transactions, DST's NSCC interface is totally automated and fully integrated with TA2000. The interface supports Fund/SERV, Networking, Commission Settlement, Defined Contribution Clearance and Settlement (DCC&S), Trust Processing, ACATS and Mutual Fund Profile Service (MFPS).

The DST NSCC interface is supplemented by the NSCC function of the TA2000 Desktop, a graphical user interface (GUI) enabling transfer agents to fully monitor their daily NSCC activity.

Vision HomeOffice
Vision HomeOffice, a Web site designed exclusively for the broker/dealer and trust company home office, provides numerous operational tools to facilitate self-servicing, streamline daily operations, and address compliance challenges. Learn more.

Vision HomeOffice is built on the proven infrastructure of DST Vision. From the site, home offices can:

  • Quickly access detailed metrics for their firms' daily business.
  • Immediately process NSCC Fund/SERV rejects throughout the day as activity is received.
  • Review detailed information on the firm's branch and representative profiles to assist with daily reconciliation of commissions and split representative transactions.
  • Research pricing issues at the shareholder and transaction level using breakpoint detail information.
